Ex-Prince Andrew seems to have a habit of outstaying his welcome – who can forget how long he remained at Royal Lodge before finally being evicted by King Charles last year? And he is reportedly now “dragging his heels” when it comes to moving on from his temporary residence at Wood Farm on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, too!
The disgraced royal, 66, is said to be relocating to Marsh Farm, also on the Sandringham Estate, following his eviction from the the $37M 30-room property, but is currently staying at Wood Farm while renovations are completed. And it should come as no surprise to hear that he has a long list of upgrades for the property – all reportedly being paid for by King Charles!

Ex-Prince Andrew Is 'Dragging His Heels' About Moving To Marsh Farm
The former Duke of York staying at Wood Farm, where he was arrested on his 66th birthday on February 19th, for longer than intended is reportedly a huge inconvenience to other members of the royal family. The King is reportedly keen to have the property freed up as soon as possible, as is Prince Edward, who is said to have wanted to stay there with his family over Easter, but couldn't.
"He is just going back and forth between Wood Farm and Marsh Farm," an insider told The Sun, adding: "It's got to be sorted as Edward and Sophie like to use Wood Farm." They went on to say: "Andrew has been dragging his heels. He could have moved by now but has been reluctant."
The King also wants him out of the property too, with royal broadcaster Ian Pelham Turner telling Fox News Digital: "There is some dismay from King Charles that Andrew refuses to move to Marsh Farm, his final destination, until all the extensive renovations have been completed to his satisfaction." He added: "The King likes to use Wood Farm, where Andrew is currently staying, as a home for guests visiting Sandringham."

Can Prince Edward Convince Andrew To Move?
Pelham Turner went on to say that Prince Edward, who is reportedly the only sibling still in contact with Andrew, has been asked to intervene.
"Prince Edward has been tasked with spending more time with his brother Andrew in an attempt to persuade him to move into Marsh Farm, as renovations are well ahead. But Andrew, who many see as the epitome of pomposity, refuses until it meets his personal royal standards."
But as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor reportedly does not want to move until everything in Marsh Farm is complete – and to the best standards – it could be a while. If he gets his way, of course…
"Andrew wants the best of everything, and the process is painfully slow. But he needs to be out soon, and the King would have no qualms about pushing him out of Wood Farm [his temporary home] if it was needed for overspill," another insider told the Daily Mail.
"The King is angry because he doesn't want to pay any more than what he has already," the source continued, adding: "Andrew might end up sleeping in that caravan if he's not careful." Yikes!

Was The Late Queen Elizabeth II To Blame For Ex-Prince Andrew's Entitled Behavior?
This won't do anything to quiet the ongoing reports of his entitled behavior – which the late Queen Elizabeth may have partially contributed to!
According to royal historian David Cannadine's new book, Queen Elizabeth II: A Concise Biography of an Exceptional Sovereign, the late monarch is said to have indulged her youngest children, Prince Edward and Andrew, after eldest child King Charles apparently made "complaints that his parents had been too distant."
"The result was that [ex-]Prince Andrew acquired an excessive sense of entitlement and an exaggerated opinion of his own abilities, which would lead to serious misjudgments that would eventually compel him to withdraw from public life," Cannadine explained.
