Margot Robbie captured hearts worldwide with her unforgettable fashion moments during the Barbie press tour—and now, she’s doing it all over again for Wuthering Heights.

Arriving for her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the mother of one turned heads in a striking black lace gown from McQueen’s Spring 2026 collection. The sheer, high-low design delivered a modern “naked dress” moment, while its high collar, bodice cutout, and dramatic flared bell sleeves nodded to the Victorian era echoed in the film.

Margot Robbie Wows In A Sheer Dress

The A Big Bold Beautiful Journey actress finished the look with black ankle-strap heels adorned with delicate rosary beads, adding an extra touch of drama. Robbie arrived in sleek black sunglasses, which she removed once she settled onto the couch for the show's airing.

Her hairstyle leaned into the period-inspired theme as well, with crimped curls worn in a half-up, half-down style. To balance the vintage elements, she kept her glam fresh and contemporary with a coral lip, glossy skin, and sparkling diamond drop earrings.

Fans on Instagram raved over her ensemble as they shared their reactions online.

“Her legs? Her outfit? Her body? She's perfect in every way,” said one fan.

A second wrote, “Margot looks gorgeous! Skin is glowing.”

“Honestly I cant believe this level of perfection,” commented a third.

A fourth noted, “That McQueen dress is gorgeous on her.”

Someone else quipped, “oh she knows she is that girl.”

Another added, “Omg I am obsessed with her hairrrr.”

Margot Robbie Says Filming Wuthering Heights Was 'A Joy'

The 2026 film Wuthering Heights, directed by Emerald Fennell and starring Robbie alongside Jacob Elordi, reimagines Emily Brontë’s classic novel as a sweeping Gothic romance. The drama delves into the volatile and obsessive bond between Catherine Earnshaw and the orphaned Heathcliff, unpacking themes of destructive love, social class, jealousy, and revenge against the stark backdrop of the Yorkshire moors.

Given the film’s intense and emotionally charged scenes, the 35-year-old opened up to PEOPLE about what it was like filming the romantic moments while stepping into her character. “No different to all the other scenes that we do. The movie kind of demands a lot of all of us. My character essentially cries in every single scene, but no, it was a joy. I loved playing a character who kind of swings from one wild emotion to the other in an instant,” she shared.

Writer and director Fennell also had nothing but praise for Robbie’s dedication and presence on set. “Do you know what? She’s an inspiration. She’s an extraordinary woman. She’s a mother, she’s a producer, she’s an unbelievably talented actress and she also always has time to be generous to the people around her. And so she’s the best.”
