Bradley Cooper’s changing appearance is sparking conversation online once again, with fans claiming the actor has lost some of the “beautiful features” he was born with amid ongoing speculation about possible cosmetic procedures.
An X user recently shared side-by-side photos of the 51-year-old’s before-and-after transformation. The post included the caption, “Celebrity plastic surgeons be like ‘yeah you’re beautiful but what if you were perfect?’ removes beautiful features.”

Meanwhile, cosmetic surgery experts have also weighed in on the actor’s appearance.
Plastic surgeon Gerard Lambe told the Daily Mail that, in his opinion, Cooper may have undergone several procedures. “In my opinion, there's a few things he's had done, including having his jaw tightened, and a lower facelift,” Lambe said.
Cosmetic Experts Weigh In
The surgeon suggested that if Cooper had undergone a facelift, it could have been a SMAS facelift, a procedure that addresses deeper layers of facial tissue rather than simply tightening the skin.
“If you pull on the skin, it just sags back down, but beneath the skin, there's a fat layer and a fibrousy, tough layer, and underneath that are the nerves that move the face,” Lambe explained.
The expert continued, “There's different approaches, but I tend to grab it and stitch the SMAS to itself, and that gives volume and lift and it holds very well.”
Lambe also speculated that Cooper may have had his “SMAS pulled up behind his ear,” which he believes could account for the actor’s tighter-looking jawline and neck.
However, Cooper has not confirmed undergoing any of the procedures discussed, and the claims about his appearance remain speculation.
