Jennifer Lopez showed off her signature hourglass figure at the Golden Globes last weekend, instantly turning heads on the red carpet. She stunned in a daring sheer look — and the jaw-dropping gown wasn’t pulled by a stylist, but came straight from her own personal collection.
The singer and actress wore a vintage Jean-Louis Scherrer Haute Couture gown from 2003, a nude-toned, sheer masterpiece adorned with intricate brown lace appliqué. The form-fitting mermaid silhouette hugged her curves perfectly and flowed into a dramatic train, making the look impossible to miss.

The mother of two styled the gown with her hair slicked back into a sleek bun, allowing the high turtleneck neckline to take center stage. She completed the ensemble with drop earrings, smoky glam makeup, and a chic clutch.
“I got it from LILY et Cie,” Jennifer told Entertainment Tonight. “It’s my own. It’s a vintage gown, from early 2000s,” she added.
The vintage boutique, LILY et Cie, later shared photos of the 56-year-old in the dress on Instagram, praising the craftsmanship in their caption: “A legend at the pinnacle of her power swathed in a french couture fantasy of baroque embroidery that becomes a second skin crafted from hundreds of yards of silk tulle, exquisitely appliquéd with lace and hand-ornamented with stones. This is a level of workmanship possible only from a venerable grand couture house.”
Fans online were stunned not only by her gown, but also by the incredible physique she has managed to maintain for decades.

Fans React To J.Lo's Golden Globes Dress
On Instagram, fans shared their reactions:
One user said, “She looks unbelievable. This dress! The entire vibe is immaculate.”
“J.Lo is one of the most impressive women of all time because she is naturally gifted with a perfect shape and the discipline to keep herself at her highest and best form no matter what,” wrote a second.
A third commented, "Love that she dresses her age & still looks classy.”
Someone else noted, “This dress always stopped me in my tracks!! So gorgeous on J.Lo, congratulations to Rita Watnick and the team!!”
The Selena icon was tapped to present Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy at the ceremony, a role often reserved for A-list stars. The appearance marked her first Golden Globes outing since her divorce from Ben Affleck was finalized in early 2025, making it a particularly notable return.
The night also coincided with an appearance by another of Affleck’s exes, Jennifer Garner, who presented as well; sources said both women were careful to avoid crossing paths to sidestep unnecessary media attention. Lopez was later spotted posing with Timothée Chalamet, who won the category she presented for his portrayal of the titular table tennis player Marty Mauser in Marty Supreme.
