The “Save Me” singer’s name is in the media a lot these days, especially given his recent divorce filing from his popular wife, Bunnie Xo. However, he’s also been recognized more and more for his dramatic weight loss.
Over the last five years, Jelly Roll, whose full name is Jason Bradley DeFord, has been working on getting healthier and shedding as many pounds as possible, given that he once reached a weight of over 500 pounds. He’s been sharing a lot of updates on his weight loss on his social media platforms, filming vlogs of himself working out or talking about the differences he feels in his body. He’ll also share some of his favorite weight loss meals, often crafted by healthy food cooks he brings on tour with him.
In a recent Instagram reel containing a clip from his new on-tour vlog, a slimmed-down Jason began talking about his favorite protein powder and the kind of shake he likes to use it in. He showed off a bag of the FlavCity All-In-One Protein Smoothie Powder in the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor. He mixes it in a blender with oat milk, but says he’d do almond milk if he wanted to split the calories in half.
“This is the best shake I’ve had,” he says. “I would take this over McDonald’s.”

After the video was up, as per usual, the musician's fans were quick to begin hyping him up in the comment section.
Over the last two years, his support has heightened, with loyal fans of his music as well as other random social media users can't get over just how much he's transformed, and have been sending him supportive messages to keep him motivated. This Instagram reel was no exception.
