Jason Kelce Flaunts His 25-Lb Weight Loss
Kelce flaunted his trim new figure during the 2025 Truist Championship pro-am golf tournament at the Wissahickon Course in Philadelphia on May 7th. He shared some pictures from the tournament with his Instagram followers the following day, where he can be seen wearing tan-colored trousers, a dark blue 'Philadelphia Cricket Club' T-shirt with a white long-sleeved top underneath, and a safari-style hat.
Kelce isn't shy about talking about his health and appearance, as he opened up about his weight changing since retirement in an interview with Us Weekly at Amazon's 2025 Upfront event on May 12th. The former footballer confirmed: "I was 295 lbs. when I played. I'm about 270 [now.]"
He then explained that he doesn't actually want to lose too much weight, and aims to lose another 20 lbs. roughly, adding: "I don't really want to get below 250. So, I think somewhere between 250 and 265. We'll see where it goes."
Kelce, who shares four daughters with wife Kylie Kelce, retired from the NFL in March 2024, and previously explained that he was already feeling the benefits of losing weight just a few months after his retirement.
The dad-of-four told GQ back in June 2024 after losing 20 lbs. already that his "back already feels better." He went on: "My knees already feel better. So another 20 lbs. hopefully will make that much more adept at playing with my children." We love his honesty!
