It was an emotional ceremony full of speeches, including ones from invited guests Donatella Versace, whose brand designed the singer's dress, and Anya Taylor-Joy, who spoke about how far she's come and how influential her career has been.
For the occasion, the 33-year-old stunned in a netted, "shredded" type of dress, with nude fabric underneath, giving it a sort of 'naked' effect.
