Chrissy Metz Shows Off 100-Lb Weight loss
Chrissy Metz turned heads at the October 20th New York City premiere of Nocturne, her new crime drama, stepping out in a stunning green velvet dress that highlighted her figure. The rich, jewel-toned look made a statement on the red carpet, with the actress looking confident as she posed for photos at the event.
Metz wore a figure-hugging, pistachio-green velvet wrap gown by House of Cyndarella, featuring long sleeves and a plunging wrap-style neckline. The dress cinched at the waist, with gathered fabric adding texture to the silhouette. She styled her short auburn hair in soft curls with a deep side part, completing the look with smoky eye makeup, rosy blush, and pink lipstick. For accessories, she opted for statement mixed-metal drop earrings, a delicate pendant necklace, a statement ring, and a simple bangle by jewelry designer Charlie Lapson.

Chrissy Metz Speaks On Taking A GLP-1
The This Is Us star opened up about the decision to start taking a GLP-1 in a new magazine and TV interviews after previously expressing skepticism about the drugs and saying she didn’t see herself taking one. Now, after years of sharing updates on her weight loss journey, exercise routines, and more, Chrissy is sharing more about why she ultimately changed her mind while also partnering with Ro, an online health company that provides access to weight loss medications.
"It's been great!" she told People. "I've enjoyed the benefits that I didn't think that would come, because I was very skeptical... It's so nice not to be obsessing about what I'm going to have every minute, even as I'm still consuming the meal. I just vilified food for so long because I was taught that it was bad, and you shouldn't eat this or that."
"I love weight training, I feel strong," she continued, adding that her weight loss journey has also led to some positive lifestyle changes as well. "I have to journal or meditate, even if it’s for five minutes. It really grounds me and sets the day up for me."
