Things aren’t looking so good for Meghan Markle right now – at least if the latest reports are to be believed! The Duchess of Sussex, 44, is said to be feeling the pressure after a string of professional setbacks in recent months, including failed projects and fresh staff departures this year.
Among the most recent blows is the news that her controversial With Love, Meghan series has reportedly not been renewed for a third season by Netflix.
This is in addition to ongoing drama surrounding her As Ever lifestyle brand, with several product launches, such as her chocolate bars, being slammed by critics.
Some reports have even suggested that fans were misled about the brand’s success, claiming that unsold stock is being stored at Netflix HQ and other warehouses.

Two More Of Prince Harry And Meghan Markle's Staff Members Reportedly Leave This Year
Meghan and Prince Harry are also now dealing with the exit of two key team members. Chief U.S. publicist Meredith Maines is said to have stepped down in early 2026 after roughly 10 months in the role, while longtime ally James Holt reportedly resigned as executive director of the couple's Archewell Foundation that same month, shortly after the charity was renamed Archewell Philanthropies as part of a restructuring.
Maines reportedly left after saying her intended duties had been completed. A representative for the Sussexes reportedly explained that Holt – who has been with the couple for five years – plans to move from Los Angeles back to London with his family, but will remain a "philanthropic advisor" and support their humanitarian trips overseas in 2026.
According to RadarOnline, insiders claim that the mom-of-two is now in "full meltdown mode" following the departures, described as the tipping point in what she sees as a long line of disappointments.

Meghan Markle Is Reportedly 'In Full Meltdown Mode'
Sources claim Meghan is increasingly anxious about what the future holds for her and Prince Harry, amid fears that everything they have worked towards since stepping down as senior royals in 2020 and relocating to the U.S. could be unravelling. But interestingly, she doesn't think she is to blame for any of it…
"Meghan is in full meltdown mode. She's blaming everyone around her for her troubles – especially Harry – and people around her are afraid she's losing it," an insider told RadarOnline.
The same source added: "She's seeing everything she left England for falling apart and terrified she may have to go crawling back."
