North West Announces Summer Tour On Social Media
There are so many popular musicians out there who are the children of famous parents, following in their family footsteps. Now, it's North West's turn, the eldest daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
The newly 13-year-old has been making a lot of headlines over the last year, as she's been stepping out on her own, flaunting her own individual style, posting on social media, and even making her own music. Fans have been keeping an eye on her and have been watching as she makes unique decisions, like dyeing her hair bright, neon blue, and getting dermal piercings in unusual places, like her hands.
On May 1st of this year, North released her debut six-track EP, N0rth4evr, with songs that incorporate all sorts of different genres and sounds. Throughout the release period, she made a handful of appearances at concerts to perform a song or two, most recently at Lyrical Lemonade's Summer Smash in Illinois.
Now, that's not the last people will see of her as she's going on a summer tour with fellow musician Molly Santana, hitting various US venues throughout the month of August.

Social Media Users React To North's Tour News & Slam Kim Kardashian's Parenting
After the teenage musician's tour announcement was posted online, it didn't take long for people to react and start chiming in on the matter.
It kick-started another wave of backlash towards her parents, the SKIMS founder and controversial rapper. Since North has begun stepping out in her gothic-style outfits and putting out a voice of her own, all the while attending music festivals and going on solo outings with friends, many social media users felt that her parents were letting her grow up too quickly.
This situation is getting a similar response, as many believe the budding artist should be treated more like the average teenager, and not allowed to go on such a venture until she's older.
"This is way too much for a 13-year-old," commented a Reddit user, as another responded, "Kim and Ye should be held to the same expectations and standards as any other parent. Just because people are famous doesn't mean they shouldn't properly care for the safety and mental health of their children."
"It's bad parenting, but then look at the parents," added another.
One user on YouTube wrote that this is an example of "how not to raise a daughter," as another told Kim to "get her mom priorities right."
