Karoline Leavitt Reveals She 'Loves' $950 Nuna Stroller
Leavitt, 29, shares two-year-old son Niko and four-month-old daughter Vivi with her husband Nicholas Riccio, 61. And she proudly shared some details about the strollers she uses for the two children with her Instagram followers on Sunday, September 20th, after claiming that several people had asked her about them.
In her Instagram Story, Karoline explained that she "loves" the Nuna double stroller, with prices beginning at $950, but needed another stroller for their Florida residence too. As they would only be there for a few months of the year, she told her followers that she opted for the "less expensive" Ickle Bubba Venus Max Double Stroller from Amazon, which appears to cost between $262 and $349, and dutifully shared a picture and link to it on her Story.
She captioned a photo of her children in the less expensive stroller, with white heart emojis covering their faces: "So many questions about our double stroller! I love the Nuna, but we needed another stroller for our Florida home. I ordered this on Amazon since we will only be here for a few months of the year, and it's less expensive. I'm impressed with the quality. It's very light and manageable. So far, so good."
It doesn't seem like Karoline or her property developer husband need to worry too much about the cost of either stroller, as their real estate portfolio reportedly encompasses more than 15 buildings and rental properties. Wow!

The timing of Karoline's post may have rubbed some people the wrong way, as many Americans are still struggling with the high cost of everyday essentials. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, grocery prices remain higher than they were a year ago, with everything from supply-chain issues and extreme weather to higher production costs contributing to shoppers' increasingly expensive bills. So perhaps unsurprisingly, social media users had a lot to say about Karoline praising a stroller that starts at almost $1K!
Commenting on a Facebook post from The Mirror captioned, "Wait a minute, how much was that stroller? Karoline Leavitt has promoted a plush stroller on social media as the rest of Americans continue to struggle with the high cost of living. #KarolineLeavitt," one person said: "Why is she still around!? I thought she [stepped out of] the limelight so she can spend more time with her children."
"Grotesque human!" exclaimed a second, this time on Instagram. "Her salary was paid by the taxpayers... all for lying," criticized a third.
But many fans came to her defense too! "If she has the money. It's no one's business what she does with her money. Once again news outlets twist stories," defended one.
"Let the haters hate go K!" exclaimed a second, as a third concurred: "Why not, she can afford it."
