Gwyneth Paltrow Rocks White Bikini In Italy
Falchuk was spotted wrapped in a towel as the couple chatted on deck. In other photos from the trip, Paltrow switched things up with a black workout set while talking on the phone and later layered a baggy blue button-down shirt over her swimwear as a casual cover-up.
The yacht belongs to Giancarlo Giammetti, the longtime business partner of Valentino Garavani. At one point, the Marty Supreme star was photographed walking alongside Giammetti, 84, with her arm around him as they conversed onboard.
Fans quickly took notice of the actress’ age-defying appearance, flooding social media with praise. “Buying all the Goop in hopes of looking 10% this good,” one person joked. Another commented, “She looks beautiful,” while a third wrote, “Love her! She’s actually the best.”
Others marveled at how little the 53-year-old appears to have changed over the years. “She looks just as good as she did 25 years ago in The Talented Mr. Ripley,” one fan remarked. Another added, “She is beautiful inside and out!”

Gwyneth Paltrow Ditches Her Strict Paleo Diet
The mom of two has long been known for her passion for wellness, healthy living, and aging gracefully. Over the years, she has experimented with various diets and lifestyle approaches, but recently revealed that she’s moved away from restrictive eating habits.
During an April 2025 episode of her Goop podcast, Paltrow opened up about how her relationship with food has evolved. The actress shared that she no longer follows the strict paleo diet she once embraced and has welcomed foods like bread, cheese, and pasta back into her routine.
“I went into hardcore macrobiotics for a certain time,” she explained. “That was an interesting chapter where I got kind of obsessed with eating very, very healthily.”
Gwyneth said part of that journey was influenced by her late father, filmmaker Bruce Paltrow, who died in 2002 after battling throat cancer.
“I think that I was really trying to heal my dad by proxy, and he just didn’t really want anything to do with it,” she said.
Despite moving away from strict macrobiotic eating, the Goop founder said the experience taught her valuable lessons about nutrition and wellness.
“The beauty of it, for me, was that I really deepened my connection with food and this whole philosophy around macrobiotics, which is essentially just how they eat in the mountains of Japan,” she explained. “Very local, very seasonal, lots of fish and vegetables, rice, no dairy, no sugar, et cetera.”
Reflecting on what she’s learned over the years, Paltrow added, “I think I was just so amazed that we had this power in our hands that if we treated ourselves well, hydrated, and ate whole foods, we could just feel so much better.”
