Donald Trump Jr. Is 'Furious' With Tiger Woods Following His DUI
One of the most buzzing news stories from the last week was the latest arrest and DUI charge for Tiger Woods, one of the world's most famous golf players.
The athlete was arrested on March 27th after he crashed his SUV into a trailer, causing his car to roll over. After police hit the scene, he was arrested for driving under the influence. Since then, he's announced that he's taking a hiatus from his career to seek treatment. Though he's not directly related to the Trump family, the golfer is in a relationship with Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., the oldest son of the current president. Don Jr. and Vanessa share five children, and after they divorced in 2019, share joint custody of them.
Insiders are reporting that after the DUI accident, the president's son is "furious," especially knowing that the award-winning athlete has spent lots of time with his children.
"Everyone else gave Tiger the benefit of the doubt," an insider told celebrity reporter Rob Shuter. "But Don always saw the red flags. Always. Having Tiger as a friend of the family is one thing. Having him around your kids? That's a completely different story — and, to Don, it's alarming."

According to inside sources, this accident wasn't the only thing that caused Donald Jr. to be wary of his ex's partner, but was more so the cherry on top.
Now, it's getting to the point where the dad-of-five is getting more concerned about what life for his children will be like if Tiger continues to exhibit reckless, poor behavior. On top of his personal issues as well, it's getting to the point where he might need to set firmer boundaries.
"He doesn't think Tiger has changed," an insider told the reporter. "He refuses to get help. In Don's mind, this is who he is, and it's not someone he wants influencing his children."
However, it looks like the roadblock in terms of distancing his children from the 50-year-old athlete is Vanessa, who's been dating him since the end of 2024.
"He knows Vanessa can do whatever she wants," the source added. "That's her life. But make no mistake - behind closed doors, he's crystal clear: keep Tiger away from his kids."
