For the occasion, the Maroon 5 singer wore a black suit paired with a baby blue button-down and debuted a clean-shaven look, ditching his signature beard.
The Victoria’s Secret star, meanwhile, stunned in a vintage brown satin Plein Sud gown featuring a one-shoulder neckline, a pleated bodice, and a flowing train. She kept her glam minimal, opting for a soft makeup look with defined brown lip liner and loose, center-parted waves.

The couple showed off some sweet PDA on the red carpet, with Levine leaning in to give his wife a quick kiss as she laughed.
Still, fans online were quick to point out that they barely recognized the pair.
“Someone said he looks embalmed on another post and I can’t unsee it now,” one Instagram user commented. Another added, “He looks different…” while someone else wrote, “He looks like Travis Barker lol.”
Others questioned the change more directly, with one asking, “What is going on with him? Face lift? Robot? I’m concerned.” Another user claimed, “I think both of them have done something weird on their faces… especially her, the eyes are soooo weird!” One person simply asked, “What happened to his face?”

The Voice coach and Prinsloo first met in 2012, married in July 2014, and share three children together: Dusty Rose (born 2016), Gio Grace (born 2018), and a third child born in early 2023. Despite briefly splitting in 2013 and facing public scrutiny in 2022, the couple has remained together.
Online, many fans also referenced Levine’s past cheating scandal, which continues to follow the pair. In September 2022, the 47-year-old was accused of sending inappropriate and flirtatious messages to several women on Instagram, including model Sumner Stroh, while married to Prinsloo, who was pregnant at the time.
The musician later issued a statement saying he took “full responsibility” for crossing the line, adding that his family was his top priority.
