Jennifer Lawrence is coming out once again with more honest remarks about the things she’d like to do to her face cosmetically, and has opened up about one particular procedure.
The Hunger Games icon recently sat down for an interview with Vogue where she reflected on the beauty and cosmetic treatments she’s done throughout her successful career in the public eye, and why. During her interview, she admitted that there was one controversial procedure she was interested in – Buccal Fat Removal, which a lot of celebrities have been suspected of using. She admitted this after recent months of commentary that her face has changed, and what she called ‘baby Botox’ injections. Read more about what she had to say below.

Jennifer Lawrence Admits She Wants Buccal Fat Removal In New Interview
These days, the topic of plastic surgery and cosmetic work can be taboo with celebrities. Some would rather stay tight-lipped and act as though they've done nothing to their face, while others are rather open about their experiences and keep their fans updated on the things they've dabbled in, from Botox to full-blown facelifts.
Jennifer Lawrence, on the other hand, has been rather candid about not only what she has done with regard to cosmetic treatments, but also what she wants to get done, as she's gotten older in the spotlight, working from her teenage years to today at 36. This month, she sat down for an interview with Vogue at a spa, where she talked about the things she wants done to her face, mentioning a specific procedure.
"I get baby Botox, but I can't do a lot," she told the publication. "If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty. I would love to have a buccal fat removal. I can't because everybody would know, but just know that I want that."

Jennifer Reveals The Beauty Treatment She 'Hates'
Though she would "love" to get the trendy yet controversial buccal fat removal procedure, which gives people a much more hollowed-out look in their faces, it seems that the mom of two isn't quite ready to get it anytime soon, admitting that any kind of "fat transfer" makes her "nervous."
"I support other people doing them because I want to continue to watch and see what happens, but I don't know about that," she explained.
Though she is open to the idea of certain facial procedures and gets her "baby Botox" treatments to tackle any signs of aging, there are certain things related to maintaining her beauty that she can't stand, and they're actually rather common things.
"I hate getting my hair colored," she revealed. "I also hate going to the nail salon. I saw a tweet that was like, 'It's like going to the hand dentist.' It's not relaxing. It's not fun. It's really, really boring. It takes so long."
After months of facing backlash for her 'changed' face, Jennifer is maintaining that no matter what happens and no matter what new beauty regimens she decides to try over the next few years, she will do whatever it takes to ensure that she can still put on a proper performance, and not affect her face to the point of not being able to act.
"I need to have movement in my face," she said, adding that she "can't really get very much done."
