Meghan Markle is once again being slammed for allegedly making everything about her, as critics accused her of talking more about herself than the girls at the screening of her Cookie Queens Girl Scout documentary at AMC The Grove in Los Angeles on Tuesday, July 28th.
This comes following recent criticism over her appearance on MasterChef Australia, which aired earlier this month, where she was slammed for being introduced by her Duchess of Sussex title despite stepping down as a senior royal with Prince Harry six years ago, as well as what they thought was a “clearly staged” phone call with the Spare author while she was on the show.

Meghan Markle Reflects On 'Really Hard Days' During Q&A Sesstion
During a Q&A, the former Suits star, 44, and director Alysa Nahmias discussed the documentary and reflected on what has helped them navigate difficult periods in their lives, with Meghan crediting Prince Harry for advice he gave her based on what he learned in the military during his time serving as an Army Air Corps helicopter pilot. (This particular comment also riled the internet, with some social media users disputing Meghan's description of Prince Harry's military experience.)
"Sometimes on really hard days, he once said to me, 'Hey, but my love, you know, even if there's a storm happening above the storm, the sun's always shining,'" Meghan said, per GB News, adding that this shift in perspective "only comes when you think about zooming out a little."

"I think so much of it, funny enough, I was thinking about something my husband told me ages ago, because we all go through experiences and life is full of surprises," she continued.
"So I think when you really zoom out and think, 'My gosh, how many things have we gone through that have felt hard?' And then you still get through them. Or how many goals do you think you're not gonna hit? And then you hit them, and you supersede them." She added: "No matter what feels insurmountable, there's just always that sun shining above it."

As expected, the As Ever founder's speech was met with a lot of criticism online, with many people saying she was painting herself as the victim, others saying she was tone-deaf, and many others accusing her of taking attention away from the documentary.
"Wonder what makes a 'hard' day for a millionaire?" asked one GB News reader. "Prince Harry's advice: 'Always remember, M, you're a victim,'" quipped a second. A third slammed: "These twerps make me sick – nauseating nonsense from a couple who are one of the most privileged on planet earth complaining about 'hard times' – completely tone-deaf."
"Meghan is giving advice on really hard days & how to handle them. How about Thomas Markle, your father, Meghan? How about his really hard days? These words of wisdom may need to be applied by you first," wrote one X user. "What about Thomas Markle's hard days? Meghan will pay the price for being so cruel to her father," echoed a second.
"What hard days is she talking about? This millionaire whose idea of upsetting is when people call her royalty? Was it when she was forced to wear tights or neutral colors, or when she couldn't wear the tiara she wanted? Her life is so hard," wrote a third, in reference to her wedding tiara and interviews she had given about her grievances with the dress code when she was a working royal.

"Here we go again!" exclaimed a fourth exasperated X user. "Isn't it strange that in every interview she always has to have them ask how she copes with tough times? She is so desperate for everyone to see her as this poor, hard-done-by victim!" the same person went on, adding: "She took another moment where she could have talked about others and the hard work behind this film, but instead, like always, she spent the time choosing to talk about herself and how tough her life is!"
A fifth found the idea of Prince Harry giving advice funny, writing: "Harry? The entitled, spoiled brat who is constantly whining about how hard his life is?!" "I wouldn't take any advice from Harry about 'getting through a hard day,'" quipped a sixth. "They are both so unlikeable," added a seventh, while an eighth claimed his advice was: "Play the victim card, moan, complain and repeat?"
