The Sister Act actress is one of thousands of people who are talking about Tiger Woods' latest scandal, his accident and DUI arrest that happened at the end of last month. On March 27th, the athlete tipped over his SUV in an accident involving a trailer, and was arrested after responding officers discovered her was impaired.

Social Media Users Slam Whoopi For Her Comments
After the famous talk show host quickly defended the award-winning golfer on the show, her words quickly went viral. Whoopi is usually unafraid to criticize famous and wealthy men on the popular series, from Donald Trump to Timothee Chalamet. But this time, some were taken aback by how quickly she stood up for Tiger, especially since this isn't the first time he's created headlines due to a dangerous car accident.
On social media platforms, fans and other users began calling her out in comment sections.
"A bit hypocritical of Whoopi and the rest to be so nice and protective of Tiger Woods and his crashing of a car while under the influence for a third time," wrote an X user.
"Defending him was really ticking me off. He needs to take responsibility," commented a Reddit user. "He's a billionaire, he can afford drivers, and if he thinks it's too late, he can take the bus. What's it going to take? He could have hurt people."
"He's so lucky he didn't hit another car or a person," added another. "Whoopi is so off base with this."
"Don't be a hypocrite," clapped back a user.
