If you’ve ever wondered how people who’ve lost a significant amount of weight still enjoy fast food, weight-loss influencer Demi Does It is proving it’s absolutely possible—with a few strategic swaps. In a recent TikTok, the creator, who’s lost 135 pounds and kept it off, broke down her old Burger King order versus her new, low-calorie, high-satiety version.
Demi starts by revealing what she used to eat before her weight-loss journey: a full-size Bacon King burger, which she jokes is “as big as my head” and clocks in at 1,200 calories. She then added a medium fry at 370 calories and two sauces—zesty sauce (150 calories) and honey mustard (90 calories). Altogether? Her old meal totaled an eye-watering 2,130 calories.
Now, she’s made major changes while still enjoying a satisfying fast-food fix.

Her New Go-To Order
Instead of the Bacon King, Demi now opts for a Whopper Jr., asking for no mayo and adding cheese instead. “I’d much rather have the cheese than the mayo,” she says—and the entire burger comes to 380 calories.
For her side, she skips the fries altogether and chooses the 8-piece Chicken Fries, which have only 220 calories and pack in extra protein. “This will help keep you a lot more full,” she explains.
To keep the flavor without the calorie overload, she pairs the chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce, just 45 calories compared to the much heavier sauces she used to order.
Both before and after her transformation, Demi’s drink of choice has stayed the same: a Diet Coke. As she jokes, “All of the chemicals, none of the calories.”
Her new total? 645 calories—nearly 1,500 fewer calories than her old order.

The Bottom Line: You Don’t Have to Give Up Fast Food—Just Get Strategic
Demi’s video highlights a smart takeaway: weight loss doesn’t require cutting out your favorite foods. Instead, small changes—ditching high-calorie sauces, choosing smaller portions, prioritizing protein—can make a massive difference.
Her approach is all about sustainability and finding balance, not deprivation.
So the next time you pull up to a drive-thru window, remember Demi’s advice: choose what will keep you full, not just what looks tempting—and you might be surprised by how much you can still enjoy while staying on track.
