Blake Lively Admits She Doesn’t Have A Microwave
For episode 11 of season 3, Prue Leith welcomed Blake Lively to her cooking show, Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen. As the pair worked together to prepare a kale Caesar salad, Lively made some admissions about what her home kitchen is like. Prue asked her guest to juice a lemon, handing her a juicer, and Lively swiftly placed the lemon in the juicer upside down. “I don’t ever use this, I always just do it the hard way and squeeze it out,” Lively said about the juicer.
“With your hand?” Prue asked, and Lively nodded, adding that she then picks out the seeds by hand. “My hands aren’t strong enough,” Prue explained.
“Well, if you put them in the microwave,” Blake responded, “I learned that—I don’t have a microwave—but it makes them extra juicy.”
