Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have reportedly finally found a buyer for their $60M Beverly Hills mansion after years of struggling to offload it!
The reported sale comes after the former couple spent more than two years trying to offload the property, taking it off the market and slashing the asking price several times amid reports that the Gone Girl actor was happy to take a huge loss just to be rid of the home – and his ex-wife!
An insider previously told the Daily Mail: “He really just wants this to be sold so that he can cut the final cord that keeps him and Jennifer intertwined.” They added: “This house is the one last thing that is a symbol of their marriage. Ultimately, he just hopes that they find a buyer soon and does not care that he takes a multi-million cut.”

Jennifer Lopez Accepts Offer On The Mansion
According to reports, the Kiss of the Spider Woman star's broker, Branden Williams of Beverly Hills Estates, who co-listed the property with Rayni Williams, said Lopez has officially accepted the buyer's offer, and the property is now in escrow.
The Batman v Superman actor reportedly has no involvement in the sale of the sprawling 38,000-square-foot mansion, which boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, as it was reported earlier this year that he actually gifted the Hustlers star his portion of the mansion for free just to be rid of it, and her!

"He's been desperate to move on," a source reportedly told the National Examiner. "At this point, all Ben wants is for J-Lo to be out of his hair." Ouch!
While the reported financial arrangement may have worked in Lopez's favor, sources claim it also came with an emotional sting. "J-Lo is bewildered," the source continued, adding: "It stings that Ben's so eager to be rid of her that he's willing to write off millions."

Who Bought Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck's Mansion?
According to the New York Post, the property was originally listed for $68M, $8M more than what the former couple paid for it, before the asking price was slashed by more than $18M to attract a buyer. It was most recently listed for $49.99M, although the exact sale price has not yet been revealed.
We could soon find out who purchased the mansion, as Williams hinted that the buyer "is in tech and finance" and that "everybody knows his name." How interesting!
