It’s Duchess deja vu! Frequent Vogue cover girl Caroline Trentini tied the knot with her photographer beau this past weekend in Brazil. As you can see, her dress bears a striking resemblance to a certain rather notorious wedding dress style from last year.
The Brazilian-born model has worked for top designers like Louis Vuitton, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, and Oscar de la Renta – but Caroline’s gown was seemingly inspired by the Royal Wedding.
Caroline’s dress was designed by Belgian designer Olivier Theyskins. There are several differences between Caroline’s dress and Kate’s, to be sure – the skirt is much more voluminous, the bodice and neckline have different lines, etc – but the silhouette is unmistakably similar.
