Health influencer Samantha Milton is giving followers a look inside her grocery cart, sharing the low-calorie, high-protein foods she picked up during a recent Walmart run.
Milton, who has lost an impressive 260 pounds, posted a TikTok video walking viewers through her haul and highlighting ingredients she plans to use for meals and snacks throughout the week.
“So let’s run into Walmart and see what they got going on,” she began, before showing off one of her favorite finds: Ultima electrolyte drink mix. Milton said followers had recommended the brand to her and that she had since fallen in love with it. The product contains six essential electrolytes and has zero sugar, carbs or calories, according to her.

For protein-packed meals, Milton picked up several options, including chicken breast, chicken thighs, shrimp and turkey sausage. She pointed out that the turkey sausage contains 100 calories and 12 grams of protein per serving.
Dairy products were also a big part of her haul. Milton grabbed fat-free cheddar and mozzarella, along with Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, which she said her children love. Each yogurt contains 90 calories and 15 grams of protein.
She also showed viewers a few lower-calorie additions she uses to bring flavor to her meals, including a cheese product with 40 calories per two tablespoons and chunky habanero salsa with just 10 calories.
Milton anticipated criticism over another item in her cart: tortillas. “The food police always lose their mind when I use tortillas,” she joked, while showing LA Banderita Carb Counter tortillas. Each one has 60 calories and four grams of protein.
The influencer also picked up Fritos for a chili recipe she said would be coming later in the week, as well as Carolina Gold and sweet chili dipping sauces from G Hughes. She even made sure to grab Diet Coke, quipping, “Diet Coke for the haters.”
Milton’s grocery haul offered a glimpse at how she stocks her kitchen with ingredients she can use to make a variety of meals while keeping an eye on calories and protein. Rather than relying on a single diet food, her cart included proteins, dairy products, sauces and other ingredients she can incorporate into recipes for herself and her family.
