Sandra Bullock Wears A Chic Gray Pantsuit To The CNBC Changemakers Event

In April, celebrities and people from the film and television industry gathered in New York City to attend the 2026 CNBC's Changemakers event, a leadership summit that especially honors successful businesswomen.

On Thursday, April 16th, the Blind Side actress joined the festivities and sat on a panel to discuss her career as well as promote the highly anticipated film, Practical Magic 2, the sequel to the popular late '90s witchy-themed movie starring her and Nicole Kidman, which will be released on September 18th.

For the summit, she wore a dark gray pantsuit that fit the business-like atmosphere. The well-tailored suit was paired with a simple white blouse underneath and some black boots. Her signature long dark hair was worn down and in curls, and she accessorized with some minimalist jewelry. You can see her outfit and watch her discussion here!

Sandra Opens Up About Joining Social Media During Changemakers Event

During her discussion, the Oscar-winner chatted with CNBC's Julia Boorstin and Warner Bros. Motion Picture Group co-CEO and co-chair Pamela Abdy, and while talking about promoting the fall film, opened up about joining social media for the first time, specifically through Instagram.

"It didn't feel like it would ever be my thing," she admitted. "I do have two kids, and I was like, I need to figure this out. So I'd been on social media, but quietly, just to learn and shop."

When asked about whether she joined social media platforms to promote the movie, which marks one of her first big projects since the tragic passing of her partner, Bryan Randall, she responded, "I'm not spontaneous, I need a plan."

"I need to think about it," she continued. "How does that affect what I can contribute? How badly can I f--- it up? Which, that will come, and I'm just going to lean into that. I'm excited to see how I can contribute. And if it works after the film is over, maybe I will do a makeup line."
