Earlier this week, RFK Jr. and Kid Rock released a video consisting of a multitude of different angles of them working out together. The video concludes with the pair getting into a bathtub and drinking large glasses of whole milk. The video, which RFK Jr. posted to his official X page, has gone viral, and social media users aren’t quite sure what to make of it. Keep reading for more information.

RFK Jr. & Kid Rock’s Workout Video
The video in question, which is set to Kid Rock’s lesser known 1999 song “Bawitdaba,” appears to take place at a sort of wooden lodge that’s equipped with a full gym. For a minute and thirty seconds, clips of Kid Rock and RFK Jr. working out flash across the screen. While Kid Rock is at least wearing athletic clothing, RFK Jr., who takes off his shirt shortly into the video, is wearing jeans and slip on shoes.
Towards the end of the video, after a few quick clips of them playing pickleball, JFK Jr. appears to lower himself into a cold plunge tub (still wearing his jeans) before getting into a hot tub with Kid Rock where they share glasses of whole milk (made clear by the words “Whole Milk” flashing across the screen. RFK Jr. shared the video to his X account with the caption, “I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.”
Social Media Reactions
Needless to say, most Americans reacted to this video with confusion, even ones who are generally supportive of RFK Jr. “Shirtless in a log cabin flexing next to a stuffed bear—nothing screams midlife crisis louder than this bromance photo op,” one person tweeted.
“Christ we are the dumbest f***ing country on earth,” another posted.
“Does anyone find it strange that he wore jeans into the bath?” one person asked.
“Gross,” another person said, and the next wrote, “I know it stinks in there.”
“Who is this marketing supposed to resonate with?” asked another person. “I don’t know anyone who would look at this and say, ‘Sick.'”
“Drinking milk while half naked in a hot tub,” another tweet reads. “Wow. Just wow.”
“Dude, you should put your shirt back on,” a final person wrote. “No one needs to see that.”
