Post Malone Puts On A Surprise Show In Honor Of Opening His New Nashville Bar

The "I Had Some Help" singer, whose full name is Austin Post, is now an official bar and grill owner, as his very own Nashville country-themed bar recently opened on Broadway, one of Nashville's most notorious streets, where numerous other popular country artists own establishments for fans to drink and party in.

Although Posty's, his new joint, opened its doors a few weeks ago, the official grand opening happened last week on October 8th, where the singer got to be in attendance as he participated in a ribbon-cutting. Earlier that day, he surprised his fans on Instagram by revealing that he would be doing a pop-up performance in the middle of the street along with some "fools," as he called them, noting that he'd be performing a cover set and covering the audience's drinks until 2 o'clock in the morning.

As it turns out, that pop-up concert ended up hosting around 30,000 fans, and he had a superstar roster of special guests, including country stars Lainey Wilson, Dierks Bentley, and Brooks and Dunn for a major jam session pulled straight out of a honky-tonk dream. During the show, Austin and his country music-playing friends sang iconic country covers, like Brooks and Dunn's "Neon Moon," which the crowd sang back in the audience. Throughout the show, he had on a honky tonk look, including a retro t-shirt, some classic blue jeans, and a cowboy hat. The tight-fitting tee allowed the "Circles" singer to show off his slimmer figure, reminding the public of how much weight he's lost since becoming a dad.

Fans React To Post Malone's Pop-Up Show & Weight Loss On Social Media

The award-winning musician has notably slimmed down over the last few years, and he's been relatively open about it, especially because he decided to start a health journey after he became a dad to a baby girl in 2023. On Instagram, he wrote about the fundamental lifestyle changes that ended up making a big difference, like cutting out sugary sodas, drinking less, and eating less processed foods.

His hard work is surely paying off, as fans have been praising him for his looks a lot over the last two years, and after looking at pictures and videos of him enjoying himself on stage at his star-studded pop-up show, they left lots of happy comments on social media.

"This is incredible," commented an Instagram user under pictures of the Posty's show.

"That was such a cool moment!" added another. "I was so surprised! So fun."

"He looks so happy," wrote a fan.

We'll be curious to see if the songwriter decides to do any more last-minute performances now that he's an official Nashville country bar owner, but in the meantime, fans of the genre are eating up footage from this one.
