One of the most talked about Netflix series to hit people’s screens last year was Meghan Markle‘s With Love, Meghan. However, it looks like it’s going to be over for good.
The controversial at-home lifestyle series hosted by the Duchess of Sussex became a buzzing topic over the last two years, but it was recently announced that the massive streaming platform is officially parting ways with Meghan’s brand, As ever, which means that not only could the lifestyle brand take a hit, but her show might not return as well. Fans of hers are defending her against internet users who support the decision, posting that Netflix will “regret” it. Read more about the situation below.

Netflix Announces It's Parting Ways With Meghan Markle's 'As Ever' Lifestyle Brand
Since she and her husband, Prince Harry, stepped down from their royal duties and departed the UK for California in 2020, she's rebranded herself as somewhat of a lifestyle guru.
It all started with her Netflix series, With Love, Meghan, which followed her around a casual 'at-home' setting while she made family-favorite recipes and crafts alongside some celebrity guests. Then, the streaming conglomerate partnered with her first brand since stepping down as a working Duchess, As ever, which sells a variety of jams, wine, bookmarks, etc.
Despite the harsh criticism it faced from internet users who felt Meghan's on-screen persona was "inauthentic," the show marched along, most recently putting out a holiday special. As ever, it has continued to sell out product after product launch as well. However, on Friday, March 6th, Netflix announced it was parting ways with the brand.
"As ever is grateful for Netflix's partnership through launch and our first year," a spokesperson for As ever responded. "We have experienced meaningful and rapid growth, and As ever is now ready to stand on its own. We have an exciting year ahead and can't wait to share more."

Meghan's Fans Defend Her From Internet Backlash
After the decision from Netflix was revealed, some social media users applauded the move, as there was a strong amount of criticism from those who are against the mom-of-two and her brand, as well as those who found her series to be "cringey."
"It's nice to have some good news at a time like this," wrote an Instagram user.
"The greatest thing that ever happened in 2026," added another.
However, there are a number of Meghan's fans and supporters who are backing her up, noting that they feel the streaming platform is making a mistake, and that her lifestyle brand will hopefully be just fine without their partnership.
"I love the show," commented a fan on Instagram. "It was so nice."
"Netflix is going to regret this," added another.
"Why do people dislike her so much?" asked a fan. "Makes no sense."
Though the streaming service and lifestyle brand are parting ways, the future of her series is to be determined, as there's been no definitive announcement as to whether or not a new season will be underway. However, the news of this partnership dissolving is coming off the news of her and Harry's $100M contract not being renewed, so it might not be looking too good.
