The Black Swan star recently made an announcement that excited many of her fans and pop culture lovers alike.
This past week, she confirmed that she was expecting her third child with her partner, French music producer Tanguy Destable. Though she can be a fairly private person, she's expressed how excited she is to expand her family, and is already starting to flaunt her maternity style with a few noteworthy pieces.
Over the weekend, Natalie was photographed out and about in Paris, running some errands and doing some shopping. She wore a forest green cape coat with large buttons, a collar, and extra fabric that draped behind her like a cape. Though the coat was oversized, it just barely highlighted her growing baby bump. Natalie Portman Says She's 'Very Grateful' To Be Expanding Her Family At 44-Years-Old
The Oscar-winner is well known for keeping her personal life a bit more private than some other celebrities, but it's known that she's been dating Destable since last year, not long after she and her ex, the father of her two older children, Benjamin Millepied, finalized their divorce.
Despite her usual conservative nature, Natalie opened up about her current pregnancy with Harper's Bazaar, telling them not only about how thrilled she is to be welcoming a new baby, but also how fortunate and lucky she feels to be expecting at her slightly older age with little to no complications.
"Tanguy and I are very excited," she told the magazine. "I'm just very grateful. I know it's such a privilege and a miracle. I grew up hearing about how hard it is to get pregnant. I have so many people I love who've had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful around that as well. It's such a beautiful, joyous thing, and it's also not an easy thing. And so I know how lucky it is. I'm very aware, and I'm very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude."
