Kylie Jenner is facing backlash online for a surprising reason.

Fans were shocked after TikTok users claimed they discovered several of her daughter Stormi’s custom-made clothing pieces at a Goodwill store.

In a now-viral video, a TikTok user filmed themselves browsing at their local Goodwill when they came across multiple items that allegedly once belonged to Jenner’s eight-year-old daughter, Stormi Webster, whom she shares with ex Travis Scott.

Fans even tracked down an old photo of Kylie and Stormi posing together in matching patterned sets when Stormi was a toddler, confirming that at least one of the outfits shown in the video appeared to be the same one from the picture.

People online were divided after the video began circulating. Some praised Jenner for donating the clothes instead of storing them away, while others criticized her, arguing that creating so many custom pieces only to give them away seemed wasteful.

“Why get all these specifically made special things just to get rid of them?” one user asked. Another replied, “Because all they do is waste and consume, consume and waste. Nothing is sentimental to the heartless.”

Others pointed out how many of the pieces appeared to be designer items. “So many custom DESIGNER clothes—you’d think she’d keep them as keepsakes,” one person wrote.

Some comments were even more critical. “So the central principle she teaches to her daughter is vanity,” one user said.

Another added, “Putting your own face on your kid’s jumper is wild narcissistic behavior."

A different commenter questioned the authenticity of the donation, writing, “Ain't no way someone with 700+ mil in the bank donated worn clothes to a charity.”

Another person echoed a similar sentiment, noting, “Such narcissism giving clothes to charity when the child’s name is plastered all over them. Way to make the poor kid feel even more poor by having to wear clothes with some billionaire’s nepo baby name on them.”

Kylie Jenner Fans Defend Her for Her Clothing Donations

Users on TikTok were far more forgiving, with some even praising Jenner, who is currently dating Timothee Chalamet, for donating the items rather than storing them away. A few also compared the situation to how other celebrities handle their children’s clothing.

“Kim would have archived them in one of her storage units,” one person commented.

Another user recalled a parenting moment Jenner previously shared: “I remember watching a clip where Kylie tells Stormi that for every new toy she gets, she has to pick one to donate from her toys at home. Good to know they donate.”

Others claimed they had seen similar acts of generosity before. “I used to volunteer at the Watts Center. The Kardashians helped rebuild it. Kylie would often donate her kids’ things to the center completely unannounced. She dropped off a HUGE bag of all the kids’ old Halloween costumes. The kids had a BLAST that weekend playing dress-up,” one commenter wrote.

Another added a supportive note, saying, "Awwww, how sweet she donates baby clothes to Goodwill for less than what she could sell them for—looking out for other mothers out there!”
