Her former employee filed a lawsuit, citing that she was subjected to harassment and forced to work in a hostile environment. This is one of the first times the billionaire has been sued in that matter, and it’s shocking social media users around the world. Read more about the situation and developing story below.

Kylie Jenner's Former Housekeeper Files Lawsuit Against Her
The Kardashian-Jenner family is so famous and wealthy that most of them live in extravagant homes and mansions. This includes the young billionaire, who has let fans see glimpses of her California properties over the years, vast and packed with expensive items.
Therefore, given their busy schedules, it's assumed most of them have housekeepers or a team of cleaners to keep things orderly and pristine. Fans haven't really heard from anyone who worked for the family in that matter, until now, that is. Earlier today, it was revealed that Angelica Vazquez, a housekeeper who worked for Kylie between 2024 and 2025, is suing her.
On April 17th, she filed a lawsuit against three parties: the makeup mogul and two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services. In documents obtained by People, she complained she was "treated with hostility and exclusion."

The Housekeeper Claims She Was Subjected To 'Severe Harrassment' While Working In Kylie's House
As of right now, the 28-year-old, who is listed as a defendant in the obtained court documents, is not mentioned in the lawsuit in great detail, but Vazquez had quite a few complaints about what it was like working in her Hidden Hills home.
In the documents and complaint, the housekeeper explains that she was part of a team of cleaners who routinely worked on Kylie's $20M. During her time there, from September 2024 to August 2025, she claimed that she was "subjected to severe and pervasive harassment," and experienced extra tension and issues with the head housekeeper.
The lawsuit filing alleges Vazquez was "routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin, and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment."
Making matters even more serious, the housekeeper claims she suffered through rude comments and offensive behavior, including "repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments" about her being an immigrant, which she says created a "toxic and abusive work environment." Though this is unconfirmed, Kylie could potentially be to blame for "dismissing, mocking, and ignoring" her complaints about the working conditions.
Additionally, she claimed a supervisor threw hangers at her, and there were lots of other incidents that led her to leave her job last July. Kylie and her team have yet to comment on the lawsuit, but the world is certainly tuned in.
