Another Kardashian is facing criticism over the way her child was dressed—and this time, it’s Kourtney Kardashian.
The reality TV star is receiving backlash online after sharing a series of throwback photos from a family trip to Salem, Massachusetts, with her husband, Travis Barker, and their son, Rocky.
“Last September in Salem, Massachusetts,” Kourtney captioned the Instagram post.
The photos showed the family walking through the streets of Salem and enjoying time together. Rocky, 2, was pictured wearing an oversized camouflage shirt with loose red sweatpants. In several of the photos, he also wore a large scarf tied around his head.

Kourtney Kardashian Slammed Over Rocky's Oversized Clothes
While the family appeared to be enjoying their outing, some social media users questioned why Rocky was dressed in clothing that appeared significantly larger than his size.
“Maybe u could buy some clothes that fit him,” one person commented.
Another commenter raised concerns about safety, writing, “Not to mention safety. You dress your child in a safe way, he’s not trend setter, he’s [2]. What if he trips over his clothes or catches them on something?”
“Why the baby wears huge clothes? He is adorable. Sometimes too big gets uncomfortable, too heavy, and too loose for a bb to walk and move arms,” another person wrote.
“They don't think about the kid looking and feeling comfortable. They think it's good fashion. Poor little guy, those are his parents forever,” another commenter added.
Kourtney & Travis Barker's Journey To Becoming Parents
Kourtney and Travis welcomed their first child together, Rocky Thirteen Barker, on November 1, 2023. The couple has since shared glimpses of their life as parents, while also raising children from their previous relationships.
They have previously been open about their journey to becoming parents. Much of their experience was documented on Hulu’s The Kardashians, including Kourtney’s decision to undergo fertility treatments before ultimately conceiving Rocky naturally.
Before welcoming Rocky, the Poosh founder and the drummer for the rock band Blink-182 experienced the devastating loss of a pregnancy.
The couple previously revealed that they had been expecting a baby girl in 2021, whom they planned to name Tulip, but learned during their three-month checkup that the baby no longer had a heartbeat.
“When we lost the baby, we were devastated,” Kardashian recalled in the Hulu documentary Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, per E! News. “We just laid in bed and cried for days.”
