All eyes were on Kate Middleton when she and Prince William visited the National Curling Academy in Stirling, Scotland, a hub for elite British and Scottish curlers. The visit came ahead of the Winter Olympic Games and Winter Paralympic Games that are set to take place in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy from next month.
The Stirling trip highlighted the Prince and Princess of Wales’ ongoing support for British winter sports, and they spent time meeting athletes and learning about training programs in the lead-up to the Games.

Kate Middleton Rocks A Blue Tartan Coat She Designed Herself In Scotland
The Princess of Wales, who turned 44 earlier this month, certainly pulled focus with her ensemble, as she stunned in a blue tartan full-length double-breasted coat and stylish separates.
She layered the statement coat over a black Zara turtleneck sweater, a Johnstons of Elgin x Le Kilt skirt, a Bamford fair isle sweater vest, and Gianvito Rossi suede boots with a chunky heel. While this isn't the first time she has worn tartan – or rocked tartan, shall we say – it is the first time she has actually designed a piece herself. Yes, really!
According to reports, the mom-of-three collaborated with bespoke tailor Chris Kerr and the Scottish brand Johnstons of Elgin to create the unique tartan pattern. The coat reportedly blends traditional Scottish weaving techniques with contemporary tailoring, making it both a nod to heritage and a modern statement piece. Is there anything she can't do?!
