Jessica Biel Could 'Pull The Trigger' On Their Marriage At Any Moment
According to the report, the "SexyBack" singer barely spends any time at home with his wife and their two kids, Silas, 11, and Phineas, five. While that was understandable during his tour (which Biel reportedly gave him very strict rules for!), it's allegedly no longer the case now that it's over.
"There's not much more she can take. She does everything with the kids, and she's sick of being publicly embarrassed," an insider told the Daily Mail, adding that the Better Sister star could "pull the trigger" and file for divorce at any moment.
The Daily Mail reports that their marriage is "on the brink," with Timberlake's partying said to be a major factor. A second insider told the newspaper that the singer is still very much a party animal – something the Sinner actress isn't happy about.
"Justin is the kind of guy that when he's out, has always had a drink in his hand. Even back in his NSYNC prime, at his restaurant, on tour, he always liked to have a good time," they said.

Although the Matchbox actress has long been aware of the Friends With Benefits actor's lifestyle, she has reportedly always made it clear that she wanted him to change after they tied the knot and had children.
"When he proposed to Jessica, she basically told him to settle down, or she was out. She's not afraid to give him an ultimatum, but I don't see her leaving him anytime soon," the insider shared.
"They have been through a lot of deeply personal things together that have brought them closer. But it's like she doesn't know where he is or what he's doing half the time when she's not with him," they added.
A separate source told Page Six that while things "haven't been perfect" in Biel and Timberlake's marriage, they are still "working through it." The not "perfect" part could be in reference to the 2019 cheating allegations, when Timberlake was photographed holding hands with his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright during a night out in New Orleans. He later publicly apologized to his wife, admitting he "drank way too much," and denied anything further than hand holding happened.

Timberlake's DUI is reportedly still causing strain – particularly because he is focused on repairing his reputation in the aftermath, which the mom-of-two allegedly finds frustrating. "Justin has been doubling down. He's vowing to fight to clear his name and worried sick it'll be a horrific stain on his reputation and legacy that he'll never shake," a source told the Daily Mail.
"Jessica's sympathetic to a degree, but she only has so much bandwidth for his moaning and groaning. It's downright childish how he heaps all his frustrations and anxieties on everyone around him," they continued.
Page Six's source added: "It's been a tough stretch lately. There's just been a lot of attention on him and that's not easy to deal with. She's definitely been frustrated at times and there's been a lot going on. They've had their ups and downs like any couple, but the recent spotlight and his schedule have made things more challenging."
