Hailey Bieber stunned in an unexpected look while celebrating Justin Bieber’s 32nd birthday during their Tokyo trip.
For the outing, the Rhode founder and her stylist clearly did their homework, choosing an archival set from Japanese design icon Issey Miyake’s Fall 2000 collection.
She wore a textured sandy-colored pencil skirt with a coordinating blazer, featuring sculptural pleats that gave a playful, almost egg-carton-like texture. The blazer had buttons down the front, while the tea-length skirt included a back slit. She completed the look with turmeric-colored square-toe heels and sleek, slim sunglasses.

Justin kept it casual, wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, and a yellow SKYLARK beanie. The couple posed in front of a small vanilla-frosted cake adorned with strawberries, two candles, and green leaves, sharing a birthday wish written on the plate.
The singer shared the moment with his wife on Instagram, captioning the post, “no one id rather spend my birthday withhh.. :)).”

Fans applauded the mother of one‘s sense of style in the comment section, saying all her outfits were perfect for Japan.
“Your outfit is perfect for Japan,” said one user. A second wrote, “Outfits absolutely eating down.” A third said, “Jack’s bath time is a whole partyyy.” A fourth commented, “you’re literally like the coolest person ever.”

Hailey Bieber Opens Up About Her Uterine Septum
After their trip to Japan, Hailey opened up about a scary health condition that surfaced around the same time she became pregnant.
The model revealed that she was diagnosed with a uterine septum prior to her first pregnancy. She shared her experience on the SHE MD podcast, discussing her journey to welcome her now 16-month-old son.
During the conversation, podcast co-host Mary Alice Haney asked Hailey if she had been trying to conceive or if her pregnancy was a surprise.
“It was a surprise. She told me this was going to happen because she was like…” Hailey said, referring to podcast co-host Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi, who is also her OB/GYN.
“And I told her like, ‘Don’t get pregnant!’” Dr. Aliabadi chimed in, before asking Hailey to explain the condition she had before conceiving.
“Yeah. So I had a septum in my uterus, and Dr. A kept saying, ‘Well, we need to look at this and keep an eye on it before you get pregnant because it could potentially be an issue,’” Hailey recalled. “‘I don’t really know. We’ve got to see. I might have to give you a small surgery for it. Not sure.’ And I was like, ‘Okay. Well, I’m not thinking about getting pregnant right now, so we’ll just cross that bridge when we get there.’ And then I magically got pregnant.”
“And then she calls me, and she’s like, ‘I’m pregnant!’ And I’m like, ‘No!’” said Dr. Aliabadi.
A uterine septum is a thin, wall-like tissue that divides the uterine cavity, forming during fetal development if the uterus does not form properly. The 29-year-old’s uterine septum was a congenital genetic condition she was born with.
Doctors classified her septum as moderate (measuring 1 to 2 cm), which carried a 25 to 40 percent risk of miscarriage and a 10 to 20 percent risk of preterm delivery.
Despite the risks, the pregnancy was successful, with the septum expanding as the baby grew.
