Meghan Markle has been accused of copying – or at least attempting to copy – estranged sister-in-law Kate Middleton for many years. And something she did during her and Prince Harry’s controversial two-day humanitarian trip to Jordan at the end of February is the latest thing on that list.

Meghan opted for a casual look that day (pictured above) and wore khaki-colored pants – which appeared noticeably wrinkled – teamed with a coordinating olive-green T-shirt, a brown belt, and brown loafers. Her dark hair was pulled back into a low ponytail.
Royal fans were quick to draw comparisons to the Princess of Wales, who was photographed kicking a soccer ball at the Cambridgeshire County Day at Newmarket Racecourse on June 23rd, 2022, while wearing an elegant dress and wedge heels, and her signature curly blowout. Social media quickly erupted after side-by-side images of the Duchess of Sussex and the Princess of Wales began circulating. While some users accused Meghan of copying Kate, others harshly insisted there was "no comparison," praising Kate's grace and elegance while calling Meghan "awkward," among other things. "She's so obsessed with Princess Catherine that it's disturbing!" exclaimed one Instagram user. "Lol the contrast is glaring. You can see Princess Catherine is authentic and is truly enjoying herself while this bozo is trying hard. Markle looks ridiculous," slammed a second.
"To revive an old quote (about why Ginger Rogers was a better dancer than Fred Astaire,) Catherine did it in a dress & high heels," noted a third. "There's no comparison here, one has elegance and the other looks like Bozo the clown," added a fourth.
