One of the most viral faces of the last few months has been Erika Kirk, the widow of podcaster Charlie Kirk. However, after seeing photos of her face prior to her resurgence of fame, many are shocked at the difference.
The public speaker has been making appearances at various events over the last few months, and through it all, fans and other internet users have noticed that she’s been wearing a lot of ‘glam’ makeup, with ‘cakey’ foundation and other features. However, after older photos of her with more minimal makeup began resurfacing, fans noted her natural beauty, a look they feel she should return to. Read more about Erika’s makeup transformation below.

Old Photos Of Erika Kirk With Less Makeup On Resurface
Ever since her husband, the Turning Point USA founder, was murdered on a college campus, people have been getting to know Erika Kirk on an entirely different level.
Prior to taking her husband's place as the CEO of the conservative organization, she was a pageant star who won Miss Arizona in 2011, made a few reality television appearances, had her own faith-based podcast, and had a clothing line. She was quite active on social media during those years, prior to marrying and meeting the famous Republican personality, and fans have been revisiting some of her older photos.
Even in snaps she shared of her earlier days with her late husband, many have begun noticing how she seemingly wore a lot less makeup than she does now. It looks like her go-to routine used to consist of some light foundation, filled-in brows, and some mascara, while today, fans can catch her speaking at an event in full glam, with heavier eyeshadow, eyeliner, and "cakey" foundation.

Fans React To Erika Kirk's Makeup Transformation On Social Media
It's no secret that the mom-of-two's life has changed drastically, as she's not only been dealing with the loss of her husband but an entirely new job title and political presence in the country as well. Although she has many loyal fans and supporters backing her up, other internet users have been calling out her transformation from before to after her husband's death.
Many have taken to social media to accuse her of having "Mar-a-Lago face," a trend that started after noticing that numerous women in Trump's inner circle or those who strongly support him resort to heavy makeup with darker features.
After some of her younger photos resurfaced, people have been calling out Erika's transformation on social media platforms like Facebook.
"It's standard Mar-a-Lago face," wrote a Facebook user.
"Less makeup is always better for young women who have natural beauty," added a user, as another wrote, "I like her better with less makeup. I think it suited her better."
"This is what happens when you have a 'professional makeup person,'" commented a user. "Your look goes from normal to editorial."
