The gala, held at the Opera Garnier in Monaco, saw many celebrities grace the red carpet, but Aguilera's look was certainly a fan favorite. The 45-year old wore a black Versace Embroidered Silk gown with a dramatic, low-cut neckline and silver beaded embellishments around the neck. She wore her bleach-blonde hair down in luscious waves and opted for a shimmery, high-glam makeup look.
The entire outfit was made even sultrier by the star's slim figure, a product of her weight loss transformation. The former Voice coach has opened up here and there about her weight loss journey and health, noting that she's gone on healthy nutritional programs like the Rainbow Diet, as well as ditching fad diets and living a life of intuitive eating. Over the years, she noted she's lost as much as 50 pounds.
