Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing another staff departure as questions continue to swirl around their workplace culture and the couple’s ability to hold on to employees.
Their latest loss comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue to deal with reports of staff turnover and allegations of bullying that have followed them since their time as working royals. Read more about the latest staff member departure and the alleged reasons behind it below.

Harry And Meghan Lose Another Longtime Archewell Employee
The Sussexes are saying goodbye to another longtime team member.
Chanel Pysnik, who served as Head of Nonfiction, Film & TV at Archewell Productions, is reportedly leaving the company after more than five years. Chanel was one of the first people hired by the couple when they launched their production company in 2020. She helped bring several of their projects to life, including their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, Heart of Invictus, and With Love, Meghan. The couple praised Pysnik's work in a response statement, calling her a major part of the company's success and saying they were excited to see what comes next for her.
"She has been instrumental in shaping our unscripted strategy and has made a lasting contribution to our storytelling," they wrote.
The former Archewell employee's exit comes after a string of other staff departures and reports of restructuring at Archewell. While the Sussexes have continued to expand their work in entertainment and philanthropy, their changing team has kept the spotlight on what it's really like to work for them.

Royal Expert Says Meghan Markle May Be 'Very Hard To Work With'
The latest staff departure has also sparked more speculation about what it's like to work for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Shortly after news of Chanel's departure came out, a royal biographer, Ingrid Seward, spoke with The Sun and suggested that Meghan's personality may have played a role in the decision to leave.
She claimed that the Duchess of Sussex's management style could be difficult for employees to navigate, particularly when it comes to public relations.
"I think it has to stem from Meghan's personality, because she's the big boss," the biographer stated. "I'm trying to think of a reason that she would be very hard to work with."
The royal biographer went on to suggest that working for Harry and Meghan could be chaotic, pointing to the number of employees who have left their team over the years.
"It must be quite chaotic working for the Sussexes," she continued. "They've lost so many staff. It's not that the staff stay for any length of time; they seem to make very brief appearances and then leave."
