If you were planning on running to Trader Joe’s last-minute on Thanksgiving for Corn Pudding or Vegan Gravy, you’ll be bummed to learn that the grocery store will NOT be open on the holiday this year!

The affordable market has confirmed that they will not be on Thanksgiving Day again in 2020, which falls on  Thursday, November 26th this year. Say it ain’t so!

Procrastinators know that TJ's has the best prepared Thanksgiving foods for lazy people... but those lazy people are just going to have to plan ahead!

They won't be able to grab mashed cauliflower or dinners rolls on the actual Thanksgiving. Like Walmart, who made the unprecedented decision to close for Thanksgiving, TJ's doors will be shut on the eating holiday.

ICYMI, Trader Joe's is actually *typically* closed on Thanksgiving to allow for employees to spend time with their families.

Pro tip: make a list, check it twice and make sure you have everything you need before you start basting that turkey. And if all else fails, you can always go to Whole Foods, which made the shocking decision to stay open.
