100-Calorie Strawberry Matcha Recipe
Gabriella starts by using real fruit for natural sweetness. “I’m first gonna start by adding some cut-up strawberries into the bottom of my cup,” she explains. She mashes them “until they’re nice and smooth and there’s no clumps,” then adds a touch of sugar-free monk fruit sweetener to enhance the strawberry flavor without adding sugar. “And mix it,” she says as she stirs everything together.

Next comes the matcha itself. She uses "a half teaspoon of this Sunday Matcha ceremonial grade matcha powder" and sifts it through a small hand sifter to avoid lumps. After adding hot water, she mixes it thoroughly.
To recreate your favorite indulgent cafe drink, Gabriella whips up a quick cold foam to add on top. "Now for the cold foam I’m gonna take some of this Chobani sweet cream coffee creamer and froth it up in a separate cup with this little hand frother," she says. Once the foam is thick and creamy, she puts everything together.
"We’re then gonna add some ice into our cup and take your milk of choice. I’m just using unsweetened almond milk," she says. After pouring in the matcha, she tops everything with the sweet cream cold foam. The final result? "That’s literally it—she looks absolutely beautiful," Gabriella gushes. Not only is it pageant-worthy, but, as she puts it, "This strawberry matcha is only 100 calories and it tastes absolutely amazing."
