Jessica Biel Is 'Not Happy' Over Justin Timberlake Arrest Video Being Released

In June 2024, Justin Timberlake was arrested on Long Island, New York following a night out at the American Hotel. He was initially charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two citations, one for running a stop sign and another for failure to keep in the lane, according to the police report. A few months later, Timberlake agreed to plead guilty in a plea deal.

Though the drama surrounding his arrest died down after a few months, Justin's name is back in headlines now that the body camera footage has been released to the public. And according to sources close to the couple, Jessica is "not happy about the renewed attention" on them.

"There's a reason they pushed back on the footage being released," the insider said, adding that Jessica finds the incident "stressful and would prefer to move past it."

"It obviously doesn't portray him in the best light," the source explained.

Social Media Reactions

Across social media platforms, many fans have expressed their support for the couple while others rehash the hate Timberlake received initially. "Until you can look at yourself in the mirror and say you've NEVER made a bad decision, then sit down," one person wrote on Instagram. "He doesn't deserve to be humiliated again. Let's move on."

"Why post it two years later?" another person asked.

"This is hella old move on at this point no one cares," wrote a third person.

"The fine has been paid, penalty is long over," another user posted. "Lessons learned. No DWIs since then. Let it go!"

"He was drunk and made a bad decision," another person chimed in. "These are the consequences. Be thankful no one was hurt. We still love you!"

"Why was this even posted two years later?" a final user asked. "It was all addressed—let's move on people."
