If you’re looking to eat healthier this fall and work toward your weight loss goals before the end of 2026, Costco has plenty of options to add to your shopping cart. In a recent TikTok video, @reviewswithsamii shared five products for a wholesome, anti-inflammatory grocery haul, including smoked sockeye salmon, grass-fed butter, creamy goat cheese, protein puffs, and dark chocolate.

While no single food can guarantee weight loss or eliminate chronic inflammation, choosing satisfying, nutrient-dense ingredients can help support healthier habits. That being said, here are four Costco finds to consider this fall!

1. Smoked Sockeye Salmon

Smoked sockeye salmon is a fantastic pick for healthy weight loss (and overall health) because it's rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA. These healthy fats play important roles in the body's inflammatory processes and support cardiovascular health. According to the National Institutes of Health's Office of Dietary Supplements, omega-3s are essential nutrients that have been studied for their potential benefits for heart health and inflammatory conditions.

Salmon's protein content can also help you stay satisfied after meals, which is major for weight management. Try adding it to a salad, pairing it with eggs at breakfast, or serving it on whole-grain toast. Keep an eye on sodium, though, since smoked salmon can contain a lot of it.

2. Tosi Crisp Protein Puffs, Salty Sweet

For a crunchy snack, Tosi Crisp Salty Sweet Protein Puffs are a great, tasty option to consider. These are made with pumpkin and flax seeds, quinoa, millet, and amaranth, packing in 8 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. Those healthy seeds and grains contain a great amount of omega-3s to support heart health and keep inflammation at bay.

Plus, protein helps maintain muscle and supports normal bodily functions, so protein-rich snacks are a great way to stay satisfied between meals. Getting enough protein is also important when losing weight, particularly when you're trying to preserve lean muscle.

3. Fresh Creamy Goat Cheese

Fresh goat cheese offers a creamy, tangy way to add flavor to salads, toast, and roasted vegetables. It provides protein and calcium, which support muscle function and bone health. The TikTok creator also highlights it as potentially easier to digest, although that depends on the individual and the specific product.

Goat cheese naturally contains lactose, so it isn't necessarily suitable for everyone with lactose intolerance. The Cleveland Clinic's guide to lactose intolerance explains that lactose content varies across dairy products. Goat cheese isn't a proven inflammation remedy, but a modest serving can be part of a balanced meal alongside vegetables, whole grains, and other nutrient-rich foods.

4. Hu Dark Chocolate Bar

Chocolate lovers can also make room for a Hu dark chocolate bar! Cocoa contains plant compounds called flavanols, which have been studied for their potential cardiovascular benefits. According to Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, cocoa flavanols may support blood vessel function and circulation, although the amount retained in finished chocolate varies with processing.

Dark chocolate is still calorie-dense, so portion size matters if weight loss is your goal. Enjoying a small piece alongside fruit or nuts can satisfy a sweet craving without turning it into a large snack. While dark chocolate can contribute beneficial plant compounds, it shouldn't be treated as a weight-loss food or a substitute for fruits and vegetables.
