Hunter Biden Speaks Out On $1B Legal Threat From Melania Trump

Hunter Biden, 56, recently appeared on Friends Keep Secrets, a podcast hosted by Benny Blanco, Lil Dicky, and Kristin Batalucco, and during their conversations, the former president's son was asked to speak on the Epstein files. "I’m not an expert on the Epstein files — I have no idea because I already got sued for a billion dollars by Melania that didn’t go anywhere," Biden said.

"A billion?" Kristen asked him in response.

"Well, yeah, a billion," Hunter answered. "Like, by the way, I don't have two nickels to rub together, let alone a billion dollars."

"You got sued for a billion dollars?" Lil Dicky asked again.

"Yeah, well, she sent me a cease and desist letter and said that they were going to sue for a billion dollars," Hunter clarified.

Hunter Biden Ties Melania Trump To Jeffrey Epstein

The legal threat stems from comments Biden made back in 2025 while in an interview with journalist Andrew Callaghan. "Epstein introduced Melania to [Donald] Trump," he told Callaghan. "The connections are, like, so wide and deep."

This prompted Melania's lawyers to demand an apology from Biden, or face "over $1B in damages" due to "overwhelming financial and reputational harm." In a subsequent interview, again with Andrew Callaghan, Biden was given the opportunity to apologize, to which he responded, "F*** that! That's not going to happen."

"First of all is that, what I said was what I have heard and seen reported and written, primarily from Michael Wolff but also dating back all the way to 2019 when The New York Times – I think Annie Carney and and Maggie Haberman – reported that sources said that Jeffrey Epstein claimed to be the person to introduce Donald Trump to Melania at that time," Biden added.
