Did you know that the foods you eat can affect your bust size? Seriously! Certain foods and drinks can be rich in estrogen, which is the hormone needed to increase your breasts.

“Foods like nuts, seeds, and dry fruits as well as soy and dairy products mimic estrogen in the body and may be able to stimulate breast growth,” says Regina Fazzini, a New York-based nutritionist. “Consult with your doctor before switching to an estrogen-rich diet as increased levels of estrogen have been linked to breast cancer.”

There’s one drink that brings several estrogen-rich foods and ingredients together and has been proven to help make your boobs bigger–it calls for walnuts, flaxseeds, soy milk, and dates.

Bigger Bust Size Drink

Ingredients: 

3 walnuts

1 tsp flaxseeds

1 cup soy milk

3 dates

How to Make it: 

Soak the walnuts in water for an hour. Grind the flaxseeds in a dry mixer until they are powdered finely. Add in soaked walnuts, dates and soy milk and grind to a fine mixture.
