Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Have Reportedly Created Their Prenuptial Agreement
When celebrities get married, there sure can be a lot of romance and luxury involved. However, there's also something very serious for them to consider, considering their larger-than-average incomes - a prenuptial agreement.
One of today's most popular and biggest celebrity couples is Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, who have been together since around 2023 and engaged since August 2025, when they surprised fans with some snaps of an engagement photoshoot and her extremely large custom ring. Though their wedding date has not been confirmed by them or their reps, numerous sources have come forward stating there's a chance they'll get married over this year's 4th of July weekend, and might even tie the knot at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Despite the news being exciting for the pair and their fans, some have wondered what their prenuptial agreement is, considering the Eras Tour star is one of the wealthiest living musicians with a net worth of an estimated $2B, and Travis' continuation of playing in the NFL under contracts. Now, celebrity reporter Rob Shuter has claimed on his blog that inside sources confirmed the couple has indeed drawn up a prenup he describes as "ironclad," with terms that both of them "fully support."

Taylor Swift's Dad Reportedly 'Quietly Helped' Oversee The Agreement
One thing about the Grammy-winner and her team is that her family is very much involved. From her mother, Andrea, staying at her side on tour, to her brother working on her music licensing, everyone in her tight inner circle contributes to her massive career.
Another one of those people is her father, Scott Swift, who left his job as a stockbroker and Vice President at Merrill Lynch to oversee her finances and $2B empire. Therefore, it might not surprise some loyal fans to hear that he was also a contributor to the creation of her and Travis' prenup.
According to Shuter, Scott "quietly helped oversee" the prenup and made sure that her money would be protected in case there was ever a falling out.
"Scott is the definition of a great father," a source told the reporter for his blog, Naughty But Nice. "He's spent his entire adult life protecting Taylor while giving her the freedom to become the biggest star in the world. He's always there, but never in the spotlight."
