The Immaculate actress’s phenomenal red carpet appearance came on the same day that her Anyone But You co-star Glen Powell‘s ex, Gigi Paris, discussed their relationship – and the role Sydney may or may not have played in it – on Emma Klipstein’s Too Much podcast. And at the end, she said that she hoped that Sydney and Glen, who are both now single, end up together (yes really!) because it would have made the pain she went through when their own relationship ended “worth it.” Wow!

The Euphoria alum, 27, floated along the red carpet in a powder blue pleated chiffon Miu Miu gown, featuring an off-the-shoulder bodice, daring keyhole detailing, and a super-dramatic train. She wore her blonde hair in a glamorous half up, half down do, which showed off her dazzling drop earrings perfectly.
"This dress! This color! Omggg," raved one fan in the comment section of Sydney's Instagram post, featuring pictures of her stunning red carpet look. "This is your color for sure!" exclaimed a second, followed by the heart eyes and blue heart emojis. "Just fell to my knees," praised a third.
However, not all of the comments were glowing, as many fans referenced Paris' recent podcast appearance, while others alleged their comments on Sweeney's Instagram post were mysteriously disappearing.

If you recall, Sydney and Glen sparked affair rumors while they were promoting their movie back in 2023, but always maintained that any flirtatious behavior was simply due to promoting the movie, nothing more. Gigi and Glen broke up in 2023, and Sydney, who was with Jonathan Davino at the time, called off their engagement earlier this year. Both Sydney and Glen are seemingly single at the moment. Paris, who is a model and influencer, told Klipstein that she was hurt by the ongoing fan speculation that Sydney and Glen were having an affair, which ultimately led to the breakdown of their own relationship. She confessed on the podcast: "I could either pretend like I was going along with everything and have everyone wonder, like, 'Are they hooking up? Are they not hooking up? Is she okay with this? Or stand up for myself and say, 'No, I'm actually not okay with this, and I'm walking away.' So that's what I decided to do ... I was shattered."
Paris added that her boyfriend at the time could have stopped the rumors if he wanted to, but chose not to. She said: "Where are you when you just need to stand up and say, 'No, I would never cheat on my girlfriend. I wouldn't do that.' That's all that needed to be said. And that wasn't said... Never once. It was serving them for their PR."
"Later on, it turned out that it was all, I don't know if there was a relationship there or not, but then they came out to say it was all a PR scheme at the expense of our relationship. Like, it was just crazy," she continued. "Just to sell a movie or not, who knows? And I honestly hoped that they'd end up together, because I was like, at least it would make it worth it for me, you know? I hope they are in love or whatnot."
