Sophie Turner Hits Back At An Instagram Troll In The Best Way
The X-Men: Apocalypse actress shared a series of photos from her time at an Oasis concert with her 13.5M Instagram followers on August 4th. While many fans loved the pictures, which included her and friend Ellie Wasserberg wearing bucket hats at the concert, one troll left a comment which read: “Lmfao, I think she has forgotten that she has two kids.”
Turner didn’t take the comment, which was referencing the two daughters she shares with the Jonas Brothers musician, lying down, and retorted: “Ah I’m so sorry sometimes I forget some people can’t think for themselves. So… Get this… There’s this crazy thing called shared custody. Maybe, just maybe, they were with their dad that day.” Zing!

Sophie's response was priceless! While many celebs ignore social media trolls entirely, it's easy to see why the Joan actress chose to respond, especially since she's previously spoken about how difficult the split was for their children.
She told British Vogue last year: "I'm unhappy with the way everything played out, especially when it comes to my children. They're the victims in all of this. But I think we're doing the best we can. I'm confident that we can figure it out. Joe is a great father to our children and that's all that I can ask for."

Fans Defend Sophie Turner In The Comments
The troll was certainly in the minority, as many fans came to Sophie's defense in the comments. "God forbid a mother has FUN," wrote one fan. "Right lol, because she's a parent her whole life has to just stop lol people are so funny to me," agreed a second.
"Is it that incomprehensible to you that her children might have other trusted care givers asides from her? The dad perhaps? Is it that strange to you that a dad look after his own children every now and again?" asked a third, as a fourth exclaimed: "You deserve some you time mama! Have all the [expletive] fun you want!"
"What is it about people that think mother's need to be with their kids 24/7?" asked a fifth, as a sixth chimed in: "My husband and I are going to the Oasis concert in November in Brazil and our baby will stay with my mother at the hotel. It is possible to have children and still have fun, you know."
