Hollywood Life broke the news that Richie might be pregnant last week. This would be the model’s first child and Disick’s fourth—he’s already dad to Mason, 8, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 3, with his ex Kourtney Kardashian.
So, is Richie really pregnant? A source close to the model says that she had a pregnancy scare and that the media caught wind of it.
“Sofia was totally not feeling well the other day and thought she might have been pregnant. She was nauseous all morning and feeling like something was horribly off with her body,” the insider tells Hollywood Life.
The source said that Richie was relieved to find that it was just a scare and that Disick was a little upset that the couple isn’t expecting, noting that he was “surprisingly happy and excited.”
“Sofia was more nervous, cautious and scared about what could be. She thought they had always been really careful when having sex,” the insider continues. “The upset tummy feelings passed after a day and Sofia soon learned she would not be a mom but instead probably ate something weird, which was a big relief for her but left Scott a little sad.”
