The 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 17th, and the red carpet was filled with glamorous looks from nominees and performers alike.
Host Shania Twain also garnered a lot of attention for the many outfits she rocked on the stage during her hosting duties, including the one she walked the arrivals red carpet in. Some fans raved over her appearance, while others deemed the country music legend utterly unrecognizable.

The "Still the One" hitmaker, 60, treated her fans to a plethora of fashionable, glamorous, and racy looks throughout the evening. And she started off strong with her red carpet look, which consisted of a Falguni Shane Peacock strapless silver gown with an unmissable black panther on it.
She paired the dress with dramatic black leather opera gloves, diamond-encrusted pinkie rings, and a necklace and earrings by Norman Silverman. Her brunette hair was styled long and straight with full bangs, while her makeup featured dark eyes, a nude lip, and pink cheeks.
Throughout the ceremony, the "That Don't Impress Me Much" singer changed into several show-stopping looks, including a white semi-sheer long-sleeved gown featuring a high neckline and a dramatic front slit. She also wore a sheer black gown with floral detailing and long sleeves, as well as a metallic gold off-the-shoulder dress with a plunging neckline and another high slit.
The "Any Man of Mine" singer also had a slight hair-over after she walked the red carpet too, sporting voluminous curls during the ceremony!

"Please let Reba or Carrie Underwood host next year or Brad even, not Shania again, she is [a] bad host," wrote an eighth. "Please do not have Shania host. Love her old '90s songs but she doesn't have a knack for hosting. Bring back Reba!" begged a ninth.
