Ever since it was revealed that the former wife of Prince Andrew exchanged numerous emails with the famous criminal, sources are reporting that she’s become essentially homeless and has been crashing with friends. In addition to her hiding from the press in various locations, insiders are also noting that her daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, are keeping their distance from her, especially since one of them was mentioned in an email. Sarah Ferguson Is Reportedly Homeless Following The Latest Epstein Files Release & Prince Andrew's Arrest
There have been so many famous figures roped into all of the Epstein files madness ever since the rest of the files were made available to the public by the Department of Justice a few months ago. Although it was already known that the former Prince Andrew had a friendship with the disgraced financier, many learned about just how involved his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, was with him as well.
Around the same time her ex-husband was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, the media personality was called out for the emails she exchanged with Epstein herself, one of which asked him for work because she was "desperate" for money, and another where she asked him to marry her.
Since her husband was briefly taken into custody, and earlier, forced to leave their royal residence, the Royal Lodge, the press has been wondering where she is, and inside sources have recently reported that she's allegedly homeless and staying with several friends, including the famous Priscilla Presley. However, there are also some people who insist they keep their distance from her due to the scandal.
"Everyone's telling her that now's not a good time," a source told Page Six. "A lot of people actually really like her, but being associated with anyone associated with Epstein just isn't wise right now."
Princess Beatrice & Princess Eugenie Are Staying Away From Sarah
As one could imagine, the former Duchess of York is allegedly feeling quite guilty and paranoid about her current situation. Recently, a source close to her told the Daily Mail, "She's been telling people she is really suffering with her mental health and thinks everyone is out to get her."
What could likely be contributing to those feelings is the latest insider reports that her two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, who have kept their royal titles despite their father losing his, are keeping their distance from her.
"Now that Andrew has lost his royal title, the girls [Eugenie and older sister Beatrice] are the only members of the family who are real royals," the source told Page Six. "It's more important than ever for them to be kept as far away from the scandal as possible."
Princess Eugenie, in particular, is believed to be having an extra hard time reconciling with her mother, who emailed Epstein that she was away for a "shagging weekend" in 2010. We'll be curious to see where this saga goes from here, and if the 66-year-old author will be able to repair her reputation further down the line.
