Rihanna is recovering from an accident she suffered earlier this month. The 32-year-old singer and entrepreneur was involved in an electric scooter accident in Los Angeles on September 4.

A representative for Rihanna said in a statement that she is “completely fine now but flipped over an electric scooter last week and bruised her face and forehead. Luckily there were no major injuries and she is healing quickly.”

It turns out that Rihanna was riding in the scooter when it flipped over. She fell off, smacking her face and forehead in the processes.
The star suffered minor injuries from the accident, and was seen with bruises shortly after.
